Shipment

If you order on a weekday (a working day) before 22.00, your package will in principle be shipped the next day. There can, of course, be delays; if this occurs, we will always inform you by email. Are you ordering at the weekend or on a recognized holiday? Then the package will be shipped the next working day. When entering your personal information for delivery and checkout, you can choose from several shipping methods.

Return policy

  1. A return form is included with the delivered products with which you can return the products or part thereof, provided they are unopened and complete. The products must be returned within 30 days at the latest; if this term is exceeded, the option to return lapses.
  2. High End Nutrition has a policy whereby under certain circumstances no amount will be collected for processing the returned product, or multiple products.
  3. If High End Nutrition has delivered the wrong products or if the products have been delivered damaged, no amount has to be paid for processing the return. For all other return reasons, when the amount paid is refunded (maximum 14 days after the arrival of the returned order), €5.00 will be deducted from the amount for administrative and other processing costs.

  1. Contact High End Nutrition customer service by sending an email to info@highendnutrition.com. You can also contact us via social media.
  2. If you have a complaint about a delivery, the complaint will be handled faster if you include the order number in the message.

 

Refund Policy

After a successful return, the amount will be transferred within 14 days at the latest.
