But what really makes it a complete meal is the addition of 30 g of complex carbohydrates from oatmeal and a full fruit and veggie complex that, at a daily dose, is equivalent to 150g of fruits and vegetables.

Moreover, Fit Meals contain the full spectrum of vitamins and minerals and healthy Omega 3, 6 and 9 fats from flaxeed oil, and we have added ingredients such as L-carnitine and digezime to increase fat burning and nutrient absorption.

Despite all these ingredients, this product contains only 232 kcal, comparable to 2 slices of bread. This also makes Fit Meals perfect for a diet.

Recommended use:
1 serving = Mix 2 scoops (60g) with 300ml water. For weight control: substitute one of the main meals of an energy restricted diet with Fit Meal. For weight loss: substitute two of the main meals with Fit Meal.
